Directed by Kevin Anderson, City Theatre Austin presents this fully improvised romantic comedy following three couples throughout all vicissitudes of the heart. Each performance explores the love the characters have for each other, and the platonic love they feel for their friends outside their partnership. Sextet is based on a show titled "Dinner for Six", directed by Jason Chin at Chicago's iO theater in 2001. A new life and look into this beloved form by prioritizing the representation of all kinds of love, and all kinds of couples.
